BILLING & PAYMENTS
1) WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments through Paypal,all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway).
2) WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)
3) WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY ORDER BE BILLED IN?
– Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit / credit card. All the prices shown on Fashiana website would be in INR (option in other currency also) depending on the ordering and delivery location.
– For all, international deliveries outside of India, you would view the US$ prices. * International Shopper + International Delivery = USD prices *
4) CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
In order for us to successfully process your credit card,you must provide the billing address which is used for your credit card.
5) I received a damaged piece. How can I get it replaced ?
Please get in touch within 2 days after receiving the order. Send a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within 2 days with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.

Like other platforms our server log files also receives general information such as IP address of the visitor, cookie etc. For the financial transactions by credit card Picskart Technologies .uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “PayU” and the credit card details are ‘not stored’ with, instead the Picskart technologies .information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard.Smart Cookies
We use ‘Cookies’ to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. ‘Cookies’ are tiny text files which our Website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer.
1) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 1-2 working days to dispatch your order. However if the quantities ordered are more than 100 pieces per product per style, or in case the item ordered is under production it may take longer to process the order. In such cases we keep you posted through email.

3) DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
YES. We Offer expedite shipping in case a customer needs his shipment really quick,but charges are higher than normal shipping.
4) WILL EVERYTHING SHIP TOGETHER
Yes. Because we do not process backorders, whatever is in stock will be shipped together.
5) CAN I SHIP DIFFERENT ITEMS IN MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
6) CAN MY ORDER SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address
7) WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?
In case of International and domestic shipping the shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your order.
Fashiana will make sure that the products are delivered in perfect condition & in the quickest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that will require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly on the item detail page & during order placement.
if in case we don’t find your reason to be valid , and still you would like to return Shipping cost will be applicable for the same.
If your order is canceled or un-delivered to your delivery location, we will refund the complete order amount including delivery charges. If you cancel part of the order, delivery charges will not be refunded.*
Return & Exchange:
You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on fashiana.com. Return/Exchange acceptance varies to 7 days after the receipt the of the item. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of extremely different in size.
Then please note that if it is our mistake in sending the customer a different size rather than what the customer has ordered, then it’s applicable for Free return/Exchange or else shipping cost is applicable for return/exchange( shipping cost differ from product to product).
1). Items returned/exchanged should be in its original condition (tags and labels should be as it is), otherwise return or exchange would not be applicable.
2). In case of returns initiated, the refund amount will be only transferred once we get a confirmation from shipping partner that reverse pickup from customer has already done by the pickup boy.
3). In case of returns, once the item/items are reached to us, been checked and found ok, refund amount will be immediately refunded to customer’s bank account.
4). Products in 299 Store and 399 Store, will not be applicable for return/ Exchange.
5). Refunds will be only initiated via Bank transfer, i.e refunds will be given to cutomer via bank transfer only, not my any other means like cash, cheque,etc.
6). Products displayed on website are edited and have a bit of photographic effect, so colour issues will not be valid case for exchange & return.
If founded an invalid reason for the return/Exchange by our Team, fridge cost will be applicable for returns/Exchange. For Return :- Rs 200/- INR & Exchange : – Rs 150/- INR for one piece/item/product will be applicable
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Before Entering the Competition you must read T & C carefully.
1. The drawing competition is open to people Studying/Working of any age can participate according to their level.
2. You can enter the Competition by Purchasing your entry online at our website www.picskart.com.
3. There is Rs.25 Already Credited to all new users in their Wallet and can be used for only online purchase. With This we have all types of Payent option like Credit/ Debit Card, Internet Banking, Bank Transfer, or UPI Payments.
4. When submitting your Competition entry, You must provide your name, age and address and the name and contact telephone number of your parent or guardian. We will only use this information in relation to the Competition (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.
5. You may only get one entry to the Competition.
6. The winning entries will be published on the Picskart Technologies web site at www.picskart.com. There are Three Winners From Every Level and Winning Prizes are 1st- Bicycle ,2nd-Tablet, 3rd-Bag, and these Prizes are according to level of Competition and Participant.
7. Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition. You should check with your parent or guardian that they are happy for You to enter the Competition based on these Terms and Conditions.
8. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
9. We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
10. Your entry will not be returned to You.
11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Picskart Technologies for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
12. Picskart Technologies reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Picskart Technologies in all matters under its control is final and binding.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site.
